At H2loop, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can request a refund under the following terms:

  • To initiate a refund, please email us at admin@h2loop.ai within 14 days of your purchase date.
  • Refund requests submitted after 14 days of the purchase will not be eligible for a refund.
  • Upon receiving a valid request, we will process the refund within 7–14 business days.
  • Please note that payment gateway fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refunded amount.
